Workshop: Exploring Unconscious Bias

This workshop will challenge you to identify your own biases and explore how understanding your biases can have a positive impact on your organisation.

Being aware of unconscious biases is good for governance and can support the diversity and integrity of an organisation. It helps to make sure that organisations recruit individuals with the right balance of skills, knowledge and experience and are representative of the sector.
