Sports Think Tank Director discusses legacy

The real legacy of London 2012 has been the subject everyone has been speaking of in the last week, with many senior figures weighing in around what the best way forward is, especially for school sport.

Co-Director of the Sports Think Tank, Nick King was featured in the debate yesterday on Channel 4 news. King said, 'Without funding you're not going to achieve the sort of medal success that Australia did back in 2000 and we are doing in our homes games. Funding will take you to a certain point but actually you need to think about the pathways to success. You need to think about what's going on in school sport and in community sport and how we can ensure that those people are developed into the medal winners of tomorrow."
