The Sports Think Tank has partnered with Upshot to help the sports sector understand how to change our culture around learning from Failure in policy development and Practise.

Inspired by some notable 'failures' in recent years and the Matthew Syed book 'Black Box Thinking' the project will kick off with a conference and help all sports policy makers learn how to learn from failure and share experiences and practices. We aim to change the culture with funders and delivery partners to embrace learning from failure!
