The paper aims to utilise Adam and Kriesi's Network Approach to policy analysis to examine the range of exogenous factors that affect interactions in the community sport policy process from a local authority perspective.
The new strategy aims to address the fundamental challenges facing sport, and particularly community sport, in England. As such it features a significant shift in focus and direction.
This project is a further exploration into how to support places to work in a whole system way and sits alongside the work of the Local Delivery Pilots
