DCMS and the Department for Business Innovation and Skills have launched a joint review on ticket re-sale for recreational, sporting and cultural events in the UK. Any interested parties are invited to submit evidence relating to consumer protection measures and make recommendations on how to improve the protections available to any purchasers of tickets in the re-sale or 'secondary' market.
